The following questions are to help you determine your business digital savviness and therefore your likelihood of digital success.


  • Does your business have a website?
  • Is your website tailored to your targeted customers?
  • When was the last time you updated content on your website? 3 months or more?
  • Do you receive regular data on the sites performance?
  • Is your website mobile optimized?

Social media

  • Is your business using social media?
  • How active is your business on social media?
  • Do you research competitor activity on social media?
  • Are you or your staff using a Smartphone?


  • Is Google your business preferred search engine?
  • Is your business on Google Plus?
  • Is your business registered with Google Places?


  • Does your business have a blog section?
  • Have you ever read a blog or know the benefits of having a business blog?


  • Are you consistently sending newsletters to your target market/customers?communication
  • Does your business have an email marketing campaign?
  • Do you have a customer database? If yes, is it up todate?
  • Do you use your customer database regularly and successfully over the last 3 months?
  • Do you open and read email marketing from others?
  • How often do you respond to your customers email inquiries?

If your answers are less than 50%, you are probably losing most of customers to your competitors.
