Auckland cafe - brand identify, market response

Yesterday after an absence of 2 years I visited one of Auckland's leading cafes. This cafe has a seating capacity of 40. At lunch there were only 2 customers, me and one other. Now what's interesting is, this cafe is in the middle of a complex of offices within a combined staff of 250. The majority of whom have obviously withdrawn their patronage.

What's the reason for this?

Lack of continuity and insensitivity to changing market demands. Lack of continuity in that I note that some of the unique menu offers are no longer available. Lack of market sensitivity based on the premise "we've been successful in the past and this trading situation is just temporary".

Does the theme of this situation resonate with businesses you know?

While marketing departments come and go and the market changes, COO'EE has been providing continuity and sensitive marketing responses for the last 30 years.

Can we help you?
